Accessibility statement

Last updated 18 August 2026

A large share of our clients are seniors, and many use assistive technology. Accessibility is not a compliance exercise for us - it is most of our audience.

This website

We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at Level AA. In practice that means: every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, focus is always visible, form fields have real labels and errors are announced, colour contrast meets or exceeds the required ratios, and headings describe the actual structure of each page.

All motion on this site respects the operating system’s reduced-motion setting. If you have that enabled, animations do not play and nothing depends on them to be readable.

Images that carry meaning have text alternatives. Decorative artwork is hidden from screen readers so it does not add noise.

Known limitations

The before-and-after comparison sliders are operated with a range control - usable by keyboard and touch - but the visual difference they show is not conveyed in text. Each one carries a written description of the project beneath it for that reason.

In your home

Our crews are trained to work with clients who have limited mobility, hearing loss, low vision or cognitive decline. We keep walkways clear while we work, describe what we are doing rather than working silently around someone, and take direction from the client, not about them.
