A Next Nest coordinator meeting clients at their kitchen table

For Moving Companies

The work your crews should not be doing, done before the truck arrives.

Sorting, decluttering, packing prep and post-delivery unpacking - so your teams load a house that is ready and leave a customer who is delighted.

What you get

  • Reciprocal referrals - you get the moves, we get the transitions
  • Fewer estimate overruns and fewer disputed invoices
  • Higher review scores on delivery days we finish
  • Insured, background-checked crews you can put in front of your customers
  • Same-day certificates of insurance for buildings and associations

The problem

What this usually looks like without us

  • Estimates blown apart by volume nobody disclosed
  • Crews idle while a customer decides what is coming
  • Delivery days ending in a house full of boxes and a lukewarm review
  • Jobs turned down because they need decluttering, not moving

What we do about it

How the partnership works in practice

  • Accurate volume before the estimate

We sort and remove what is not coming, so your survey reflects reality and your estimate holds.

  • Ready-to-load homes

Packing prep, labelling by destination room and a cleared path on moving morning. Your crews load instead of waiting.

  • Unpacking after delivery

We take over at the destination - unpack, put away, assemble, mount and remove every carton - which is where the five-star reviews come from.

  • A home for the jobs you decline

Send us the clean-outs, estate sales and decluttering enquiries that are not moving work. We send the moves back.

Terms

The commercial arrangement, in plain language.

Written down before the first referral, and reviewed annually. Nothing here is exclusive.
  • Reciprocal referral

The default and the simplest: we refer moves to you, you refer transition work to us. No invoicing either way.

  • Subcontract arrangement

Prefer to sell unpacking under your own brand? We work as a subcontractor at trade rates with your customer-facing paperwork.

  • Trade pricing

Held rates for partner volume, reviewed annually and confirmed in writing.

Questions

Moving Companies ask us this

No, and deliberately so. We do not own trucks and we do not compete for the haul. We handle everything on either side of it.

For moving companies

Send us one project and judge us on it.

No terms to sign first, no volume commitment. Watch how one job runs and decide from there.
