Service
Emptying a home is rarely about furniture. It is about hundreds of decisions, usually made under a deadline and often alongside family who live out of state. This group covers every one of them: the free walkthrough that produces a written plan, the room-by-room sort, the estate sale or consignment route for anything with real value, the donation runs, and the final clear-out that leaves the property ready for a photographer, a closing or a new tenant.
One crew does all of it, in the right order, so nothing is handled twice. Cash, jewelry, documents and photographs are flagged before a single box is sealed, every donation comes back with an itemized receipt, and nothing leaves the house without your sign-off.
Decisions get easier
A keep, gift, donate and sell framework means choices are made once, in order, without second-guessing.
Value is found, not skipped
Furniture, jewelry, art, tools and collectibles are researched against recent sold comparables before anything is given away.
One crew, one plan
The team that sorts the house runs the sale, the donation runs and the clean-out - nothing is handled twice.
Paperwork executors can use
Itemized settlement statements, donation receipts and inventories, ready for the attorney and the accountant.

In detail
01
Review your needs, timeline, home and overall project scope.
We walk the whole property with you - every room, closet, attic, basement and garage - and listen to the deadline you are actually working to. You leave with a written scope, a recommended order of work and an hour-and-dollar estimate, and you owe us nothing for it.
02
Sort, organize, keep, sell, donate or discard belongings before a move.
We work room by room using a simple keep, gift, donate and sell framework, so each decision is made once and in order instead of being revisited at midnight. Two-person teams work at whatever pace suits you - a focused weekend before a closing, or a few afternoons a week across a month.
03
Organize, price, market and manage the sale of household belongings.
A well-run estate sale is a retail event, not a garage sale. We research sold comparables rather than guessing, stage and photograph the home properly, and market it to the Long Island dealer and collector lists that actually spend money on the categories you own - then run the door, the floor and the register on sale days.
04
Remove unwanted household items and prepare the property for sale, move-in or turnover.
Once the keepers are out we clear whatever is left - furniture, appliances, attic and garage contents, the lot - sorting for donation and recycling before anything goes near a dumpster. The property is left broom-clean and photograph-ready.
05
Sort donations and coordinate drop-off or pickup with local organizations.
We match what you are letting go to the organizations that actually want it - furniture banks, veterans groups, shelters and thrift programs across Suffolk County - then book the pickup or make the drop-off runs ourselves. Every load comes back with an itemized receipt for your accountant.

Reviews
They made 40 years of belongings feel manageable.
I had lived in the same house on Boyle Road since 1984 and could not face the basement. They came for three afternoons, worked at my pace, and never once made me feel rushed or foolish about what I wanted to keep. Everything donated came back with a receipt for my taxes.

The sale brought in nearly double what we expected.
My mother’s house held a lot of mid-century furniture and my father’s book collection. They researched everything properly, staged the rooms beautifully and brought in dealers I would never have found. The settlement statement was itemised down to the last lot.

Broom-clean in two days, listing photos on the third.
I am a realtor and I have used four different clean-out companies. This is the only one that showed up when they said, protected the floors and banister on the way out, and left the house genuinely photograph-ready. They are now the only company I refer.
