Privacy policy

When you submit a consultation or quote request we collect your name, phone number, email address, town, the service you are interested in, any preferred date, the description you write and any photographs you choose to attach. We also record which page the enquiry came from so we know how you found us.

Our AI Concierge runs in your browser. The conversation is not stored on our servers, and nothing you type into it reaches us unless you submit an enquiry form.

To respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, schedule work and keep records of projects we have completed. We use your contact details to contact you about your enquiry and the work itself. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

Only where it is necessary to do the work: movers, donation partners, disposal contractors, appraisers, or a building or community that requires occupant details for access. We share the minimum needed and nothing more.

We never sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Project records, estimates, invoices, donation receipts and settlement statements are retained for seven years, which is what tax and estate documentation requires.

We photograph work for your records and for quality control. We do not publish photographs of any property, its contents or its address without separate written permission from the owner or executor.

This site does not set advertising cookies or run cross-site tracking. If we add privacy- respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful, this policy will be updated to say exactly what is measured before it goes live.
