Service
Two jobs, one skill set. Either you have just moved in and the art is still leaning against the wall, or you are about to list and the house needs to photograph like somewhere a buyer wants to live. Both come down to layout, scale, lighting and the confidence to make a decision about where things go.
We start with what you already own, because most rooms are one rearrangement and two purchases away from finished. Where something genuinely has to be bought we price options at more than one level, pass on trade discounts and never mark up product.
Your things first
We style with what you own before we suggest buying anything, which is usually where the budget is saved.
Staged for the camera and the showing
Rooms are judged on how they photograph and how they feel to walk through - the two things a buyer actually meets.
Ranked by return
Pre-sale recommendations come in order of what moves the offer, so a small budget goes to the right rooms.
Trade pricing, no markup
Furniture, lighting and accessories are billed at what we paid, with the trade discount passed to you.

In detail
01
Decorate and personalize the new home after moving.
The last ten percent that most moves never finish: layout, scale, lighting and the confident decisions about where things go. We work with what you already own first, then fill only the genuine gaps.
02
Arrange furniture, artwork, rugs, accessories and décor for the best look and flow.
We plan traffic paths, seating distances and rug sizes on paper, then move the heavy pieces ourselves until the room works. No tape measure left behind, and no sofa pushed flat against every available wall.
03
Help selecting furniture, accessories, lighting, artwork and other home décor.
A costed list with options at two or three price points, sourced from Long Island showrooms and online, then ordered and received on your behalf if you prefer. Trade discounts are passed on and nothing is marked up.
04
Walk the home and recommend the changes that improve presentation before listing.
Ninety minutes through the house with a buyer’s eye, followed by a written room-by-room punch list ranked by what will actually move the offer price. The fee is credited against a full staging if you book one.
05
Prepare and style rooms to make the property more appealing to buyers.
Rooms edited down, furniture re-planned, neutral styling and lighting brought in, and every space given one obvious purpose before the photographer arrives. Occupied or vacant, and scheduled around your listing date.
06
Declutter, organize, rearrange furniture, coordinate minor improvements and prepare for photos and showings.
The unglamorous work that lifts a photograph: clutter gone, closets edited because buyers do open them, touch-up paint and handyman fixes booked and supervised, cleaners scheduled, and storage arranged for whatever has to leave the frame.

Sayville
Gallery wall for a family collection
Twenty-two frames laid out on the floor, spacing agreed, then hung level and centred in a single afternoon.
Reviews
The art had been leaning against the wall for a year.
They laid the gallery wall out on the floor first so I could see the spacing before anything went into the plaster. They also moved two pieces of furniture I had never thought to move, and the living room finally makes sense.

Questions
On a well-priced listing it usually pays for itself in the first week of showings - better photographs generate more traffic, and traffic generates offers. We will tell you plainly if your property does not need it.
